7:00 AM - 5K, 10K, 1-mile walk, 10-mile bike ride & 20-mile bike ride
8:30 AM - 1-mile Youth Fun Run (for ages 15 and under)


All participants who register by June 27, 2017 will receive a t-shirt!

Registration will begin at 6:30am at the Broken Bow Sports Complex at Melham Park with the race following at 7:00am. The Youth Fun Run will start later at 8:30am.

Registration information:
$20.00 with t-shirt (before June 27, 2017)
$15.00 without t-shirt

Medals awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place of all races in the following categories:
Women under 19, Men under 19
Women 20-34, Men 20-34
Women 35-49, Men 35-49
Women 50+, Men 50+

Pearson Physical Therapy
Will be available at the race for anyone in need of assistance after the race!
