FOOD SERVICE MANAGER -Part-time position- Hours 7:30am-1 pm
Mon-Friday and every other weekend Starting wage $11/hr

Qualifications:
Shall be at least 21 years of age. Have basic knowledge of cooking skills. Shall have knowledge of the risks of food-borne illnesses, diseases, and prevention and have a combination of training and work experiences to carry out position’s duties. Able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities:
Plans, prepares and serves meals and snacks according to client needs and facility requirements. Keeps kitchen and dining areas clean and in good repair. Provide clients with assistance needed in activities of daily living in regards to food service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Provide transportation for clients as directed by the Transportation Director. Drive for special events as requested by the Program Director.
2. Maintain the mechanical operating condition of the vehicles. Check tires, oil, water, and windshield fluid and replace as necessary. Report any mechanical problems and arrange for repairs as needed.
3. Document all transportation and any incidents with clients.
4. Does general maintenance work; i.e. put out ice melt, clean gutters, water yard, spray for weeds, take recycling to dump, change light bulbs, paint, etc.


ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- Full-time position

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Shall be at least 21 years of age be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
2. Shall have had at least two years of formal post-secondary education from an accredited institution of learning and a minimum of 5 years experience working with elderly and/or impaired adults in a supervisory administrative capacity.
3. Must be certified as a 40 hour Medication Aide with one year experience.
4. Demonstrates ability to assist client with ADL needs (i.e. baths, nail care, feeding, etc.
RESPONSIBILITES:
a. Serve as liaison between the program and the community, working to develop cooperative relationships with other community service agencies and organizations.
b. Carry out sound fiscal management practices within the program to meet the facility budget requirements.
c. Be responsible for the facility’s compliance with rules and regulations.
d. Will serve as a substitute for the Program Director when necessary and must be responsible and accountable for management of the facility.

2. Program of Activities:
a. Oversee and supervise program activities in the Program Directors absence.
b. With other program personnel, plan and carry out a program of services and activities to achieve program goals and meet needs of clients.
c. Assists with a caregiver support group program for client's families routinely.
d. Assists with the Safety Committee and coordinates for the safety in the buildings. Sees that routine safety drills are completed and records are maintained.
e. Assists with the maintenance and repairs of the physical facilities.
