Cattle Distribution Assistant – Horse Position (3rd Shift): Opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working with cattle and horses. Cattle Logistics Assistant - Horse Position: Opportunity for a self-motivated individual and detail-oriented individual to be a part of our Cattle Logistics and Processing team at our South Feedlot. Primary responsibilities would include riding tub and sorting cattle outside the processing facilities. Compensation includes $425/month horse pay.

Cattle Operations Floater: Looking for a team player to serve in the position of Operations Floater at both South and East Feedlots in Broken Bow. Areas would include: Cattle Distribution, Cattle Health, East Lot, Feeding/Mill, Pen Checking, and Processing/Cattle Logistics. Corn Harvest Technicians - Temporary: Adams Land and Cattle is seeking self-motivated individuals to temporarily assist at our South and East Feedlots in Broken Bow. These positions would primarily assist with unloading delivered commodities and performing preventative maintenance on machines.

East Lot Assistant – Horse Position: Looking for a team player to join our crew at the East Feedlot located in Broken Bow. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working a position with diverse responsibilities, including riding pens, doctoring, processing, maintenance, and operating heavy equipment. Compensation includes horse pay.

Feed Truck Driver / Loader Operator: ALCC has an opportunity in our feeding and mill areas. This is a great opportunity for a punctual and responsible individual who enjoys driving and possesses proficient truck driving skills. The person in this position is responsible for operating equipment properly and safely while delivering precise rations. Mechanical interest and aptitude is beneficial.

Lot Maintenance Assistant: Opportunity for a self-motivated individual to assist with maintenance of feedlot water, environmental sprinkler systems, feedlot fences, and steel structures. The person in this position will also be responsible to assist with water tank and main line repairs. Heavy Equipment Operator: Adams Land & Cattle, LLC is seeking a self-motivated individual to be a part of the Heavy Equipment team at our South and East Feedlots located in Broken Bow, NE. This a great opportunity for a critical thinker who enjoys operating equipment (e.g. loaders, articulated dump trucks, dozers, graders).

Processing Assistant: Seeking a team-oriented individual to assist with the processing of incoming cattle and sorting of current cattle inventory in our state-of-the-art indoor processing facilities. Job responsibilities would include giving vaccinations, castration, tagging, implanting, and using topical pour-ons. BQA knowledge and cattle experience is beneficial, but not required. At times, individual may assist in other areas as needed.

Seasonal Equipment Operator – Temporary: Opportunity for self-motivated individuals to temporarily assist at our South and East Feedlots. These positions would primarily operate water trucks and maintain various pieces of equipment and facilities on the lot. Ideal candidate would be mechanically inclined with working knowledge of large diesel powered equipment.

RESPONSIBILITES:
a. Serve as liaison between the program and the community, working to develop cooperative relationships with other community service agencies and organizations.
b. Carry out sound fiscal management practices within the program to meet the facility budget requirements.
c. Be responsible for the facility’s compliance with rules and regulations.
d. Will serve as a substitute for the Program Director when necessary and must be responsible and accountable for management of the facility.

2. Program of Activities:
a. Oversee and supervise program activities in the Program Directors absence.
b. With other program personnel, plan and carry out a program of services and activities to achieve program goals and meet needs of clients.
c. Assists with a caregiver support group program for client's families routinely.
d. Assists with the Safety Committee and coordinates for the safety in the buildings. Sees that routine safety drills are completed and records are maintained.
e. Assists with the maintenance and repairs of the physical facilities.


MEDICATION AIDE - Part-time or full-time position 11:30pm-7:30 am Flexible scheduling but must work every other weekend. Starting wage $11/hr

Qualifications:
Must be 18 yrs of age Able to lift up to 20 lbs. Has had experience in working with elderly people
